I don't understand the state of ohio permitting smoking in jails and prisons after they"blow smoke" about no smoking laws passed recently. I think it is either the strength of the correction officer unions or the profit motive of selling tobacco products in the stores at the prison sites.
Please ask our officials for an explanation. thank you very much
